1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TSR Academy ("the Service") at tsracademy.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Digital Products
TSR Academy sells digital products including:
- TradingView indicators and scripts
- MetaTrader 4/5 (MT4/MT5) automated trading bots
- Trading courses and educational materials
- Bundled product packages
All products are delivered digitally via email and your customer dashboard after payment confirmation.
3. Payment & Order Process
We accept payments via:
- USDT TRC20: Cryptocurrency payment on the TRON network
- UAE Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer in AED
Orders are manually reviewed and confirmed by our team, typically within 24 hours. Upon confirmation, your digital files are automatically delivered to your registered email address.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once digital files have been delivered. However, if you experience technical issues with a product, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue.
If your order is rejected (e.g., payment proof not verified), any funds transferred will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us immediately at support@tsracademy.store.
5. License & Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for your own trading activities. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the product
- Use the product for commercial resale or distribution
- Share download links with third parties
6. Trading Risk Disclaimer

7. Discount Codes & Referrals
Discount codes are subject to expiry dates and usage limits. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. The referral program rewards are at TSR Academy's discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
9. Limitation of Liability
TSR Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including trading losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
